Instructions for successfully submitting an application

1. Fill in all the fields (column) in the application. in the fields where you do not have an answer, WRITE ONE LETTER. By only filling in all the fields (column), you can successfully send the application!

2. More information on how to fill the column “Surname and name/ensemble”
– When filling in this column, write the exact name and surname / ensemble in English or your native language.

3. More information on how to fill the column “Birth date”
– For collectives, the age is determined by calculating the average age of the participants.

4. We strongly recommend a link to a YouTube video and please ensure that the video is set to “Public”.

5. Please specify the exact email address, and organizer, if it is necessary, will be able to contact you.

6. If the participant wishes to receive a diploma with a “wet stamp” (by the postal service), it is necessary an accurate, complete, reliable address implies: country, city, zip code, region, street, house number and recipient’s name.
